For Floral/Bouquet and personalised orders, each order varies in price and design - please contact me directly with any images for a quote.

 

Payment & Shipping

 

Secure payment methods via Bank Transfer or PayPal welcome. I can supply the details if you'd like to message through your order.

Postage is available Australia Wide via Standard, Trackable, Signature and Express for rush orders. The amount will vary depending on how much your order.

Normally around $4.00-$19.00

Postage times for most areas in Australia would be roughly       2 - 9 business days and rush orders are available.


 

How do your sizes work?

The sizes are worked off standard Australian sizing, so the size you'd normally purchase is the size you would order.
If you wish to have the garment a little looser, just go up one or two sizes.

Elegant Designs offers an easy and stress -free layby service which allows you to pay off as you wish.

No hidden costs or conditions - everything you need to know will be on your order confirmation invoice. Please contact me to take up this excellent offer.

How long will my order take once final payment has been paid?

All products vary in making times.
After receiving cleared payment - I will notify you on roughly how long your order will take to dispatch and postage times if (for Floral Bouquet orders).

Some items may need to be ordered in and some items will be in stock so it will depend on what you are ordering.

All items will also vary on the times for making so please contact me if you have a query regarding times.

Postage times for most areas in Australia would be roughly      2 - 9 business days and rush orders are available too, so please let me know your latest required by date if it's sometime soon as I will need to get it out quickly for you and to make sure it's possible to arrive in time.


Returns & Refunds

 

Elegant Designs does accept returns and exchanges within 14 days after purchase. The goods must be in their original and in a saleable condition. Any faults caused by the buyer will not be accepted as a return.

The buyer is responsible for the return costs of postage and if required, return postage of the new goods to be resent if exchanging sizes or designs etc. (Pre-paid satchel with the returned goods would be ideal).

Faulty items by the manufacture - Elegant Designs will arrange a fresh item to be resent. Proof of fault is required.

Under garments are non exchangeable due to hygienic reasons . 

Unfortunately personalised items are non-refundable. This includes Hangers, Robes, Briefs or Tops with Names or special Bridal Roles or Text.  (unless found faulty by the manufacture.)

Special orders (these are orders ordered in especially for you) are non-returnable/refundable. Possibly accepted within reason of being able to re-sell.
